There should be a brief period of calm, but it is going to be very interesting to watch how the Yankees act this offseason. I expect it to be dramatic. Out with the A-Rod and in with the pitchers who can actually get an out would be a good place to start. Betting on this team is going to be a very different proposition next year.

The baseball playoffs are here, and I couldn’t be happier. Baseball is a great, great sport, but it is truly at its best in the playoffs. The drama that the sport is capable of is incredible.
